We have included some of the questions that we are most frequently asked. This list is not intended to be exhaustive, so, if you have questions that aren’t answered here, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Hours of operation – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for deliveries – pick ups available Monday and Friday upon request 

You will be asked for your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, a valid driver’s licence or other government issued photo identification, and a major credit card.

Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from time of receipt until time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and appropriately protected from the weather at all times.

Yes there is a charge for delivery and pick-up. Prices are based on zone and distance travelled. Find your zone here.

Yes. If you plan to pick up the items yourself, please be sure that your vehicle can safely transport the equipment. We have trailers available for rent as well.

We offer weekly, and monthly rentals on most equipment. Rent for 3 weeks and the 4th week is free.

Yes, we do take deposits of $100 for all rentals. Deposits can be applied to your total charges when the equipment is paid for.

All of our equipment (excluding the E42) has a combined weight of around 10,000LBS including the trailer. Please ensure your vehicle is rated to tow this amount.

The equipment must be returned with the same amount of fuel it had before the rental, similar to a rental car.

Yes, you are responsible for returning the equipment clean.

Payment is due in full upon delivery and HST is applied to total. Cash, e-transfer or credit card (additional 3.5% processing fee for credit card payments) accepted. If cell reception in delivery area is limited please make payment arragements prioir to delivery. No machine will be left on site without full payment.

No, a lot of our renters have never operated an excavator before. We are happy to give you a quick lesson and are available to answer any questions. We are recommend watching some YouTube videos for basic operation.

For cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start of your rental your deposit and any payments will be refunded. We are unable to offer refunds due to weather conditions however 7 out of 8 machines have a full cab.
